Telenor and Facebook bring you internet.org where you can access Facebook and a wide variety of websites without any data charges. All you have to do is visit www.internet.org, and any content you access from this site will not be charged.
Internet.org includes popular services such as BBC News, Wikipedia, OLX, Bing and Accuweather.
You can access internet.org from the web browser on your phone, or using the internet.org app for Android phones. You can download the internet.org app here

All active Telenor Prepaid subscribers with data capable phone can access Internet.org via their browser or Android app.
Internet.org will be available free on Telenor Pakistan’s network till further notice.
The data you use when you visit Internet.org free basic services does not count against your data plan. You will get a warning if you’re about to visit sites outside of the free services, indicating that data charges apply. Telenor customers in Pakistan can view content in Urdu and English. For www.internet.org: If you’re in a country where Internet.org is available in more than one language, you can change the language by clicking “About Internet.org” at the bottom of the services list.
For the Internet.org app: If you’re in a country where Internet.org is available in more than one language, you can choose your language by clicking “settings” in the menu tab in the upper right corner. Then click “change language.”
Many people cannot afford the price of data or understand what the internet can be used for. Internet.org is free so that people can have access to the internet and see the value that it can provide.
You can test this by checking your balance before and after using Internet.org. If you’re on Android, make sure you’ve turned your background data and notifications off.
